Beginner Level

Foundations of Self-Inquiry

Duration: 3 Months

Objectives

  • Gain a foundational understanding of Sri Ramana Maharshi’s teachings.

  • Learn and practice basic meditation techniques.

  • Begin the practice of self-inquiry with the question “Who am I?”

Intermediate Level

Deepening the Practice

Duration: 6 Months
